What the Service Includes
The scope is written for your building specifically. Standard items across most facilities include:
- Vacuuming and mopping of all floor surfaces on their scheduled frequency
- Restroom disinfection: toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, and restocking of paper and soap
- Emptying of trash and replacement of liners; wiping of receptacle exteriors
- Breakroom: counters, sink, exterior of appliances, microwave interior on agreed frequency
- Lobby and reception: spot-cleaning of glass, floor care, wipe-down of high-touch surfaces
- Conference rooms: table wipedown, chair alignment, trash
- Supervisor sign-off on checklist before crew departs
