Nightly janitorial service is the backbone of most commercial cleaning programs. A fixed crew arrives after your last employee leaves, works from a written scope, and exits before your first morning arrival. The building is ready when you need it, and there is no back-and-forth about what was or was not cleaned — it is all on the scope.

What the Service Includes

The scope is written for your building specifically. Standard items across most facilities include:

  • Vacuuming and mopping of all floor surfaces on their scheduled frequency
  • Restroom disinfection: toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, and restocking of paper and soap
  • Emptying of trash and replacement of liners; wiping of receptacle exteriors
  • Breakroom: counters, sink, exterior of appliances, microwave interior on agreed frequency
  • Lobby and reception: spot-cleaning of glass, floor care, wipe-down of high-touch surfaces
  • Conference rooms: table wipedown, chair alignment, trash
  • Supervisor sign-off on checklist before crew departs

Anything not on that list is not assumed. If it matters to you, we put it on the scope and price it. This is how 22 years in the business stays clean.

Frequency Options

FrequencyTypical facility type
5 nights/weekMedical, school, high-traffic offices, food service adjacent
3 nights/weekProfessional offices, government buildings with moderate traffic
2 nights/weekLight-use offices, storage, low-traffic municipal space
1 night/weekWarehouse support areas, minimal office, storage only

We do not push 5-night service on a building that only needs 3 nights. The scope determines the frequency, not the other way around.

Who This Suits

Facilities managers and plant superintendents managing a single building or a small portfolio. School business officials coordinating cleaning with the custodial crew. Municipal operations directors with buildings that need outside contractors. If you answer to a budget and need predictable monthly cost, nightly contract cleaning is the right structure.
