Youngtown Janitorial Services has operated in the West Valley for 22 years. We are a commercial-only operation — we do not clean houses, apartments, or vacation rentals. Every crew member we put in a building has been vetted, trained on written procedures, and is covered under our general liability policy and workers' compensation.

Our customers are facilities managers, plant superintendents, school business officials, and municipal operations directors. These are professionals who manage buildings as their job, not as a side task. They need contractors who can work from a scope document, show up reliably, and communicate problems before they become complaints. That is the relationship we build.
Commercial-Only Focus
We do not dilute our operation with residential work. The equipment, chemicals, training, and scheduling cadence for commercial cleaning are different from residential. After 22 years operating strictly on the commercial side, that specialization shows in how we scope a job, how we train a crew, and how we handle a missed task.
Service Territory
We serve Youngtown and the surrounding West Valley within a 25-mile radius. Our primary markets are Sun City, El Mirage, Peoria, Surprise, Glendale, Sun City West, Waddell, and Phoenix. If your facility is within that radius, we can quote it.
Accountability Structure
Every job runs with a written scope, a signed checklist, and a named supervisor. If a task is missed, the supervisor documents it and we correct it at no charge. We do not debate whether a missed task was on the scope — it either is or it is not, and the document is what we go by.
